Q: How Do I Place An Order?
A: When you click an Order link, you will be taken to a Secure Page for your payment information. At this point, you will submit your order for processing.
Q: What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
A: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. When your order ships you will be e-mailed a tracking number so you can track your package.
Q: What Are Your Security Policies?
A: Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We ship within the United States. We also ship to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.
Q: What Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?
A: Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please note: We cannot be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future expenses and taxes if there will be any, in his country. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by calling Customer Service at 1-866-268-8003. We cannot accept order cancellation once the order is shipped. We do not process orders on the weekend. Shipping Rates are $9 for USPS Priority Mail which arrives in 3-5 business days. Fed Ex 2nd Day is $24 and arrives within 2-3 business days. International shipments shipping costs are $16 and are sent via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 6-10 business days.
Q: Can I return the merchandise for a refund?
A: Due to Federal Law we are unable to accept returned prescription medications.
Q: Can anyone take Maqui Berry Lean?
A: Do not take Maqui Berry Lean if you are pregnant or before breast-feeding. Maqui Berry Lean should not be taken by anyone under the age of 18. If you have a history of heart problems or high blood pressure, you must consult with your doctor before taking Maqui Berry Lean. As with any dietary supplement, please consult with your physician before ordering & using Maqui Berry Lean.
Q: What if I miss a dose?
A: If you miss a dose of Maqui Berry Lean, do not double the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual Maqui Berry Lean dosage schedule.

A: Please store Maqui Berry Lean at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture. Keep Maqui Berry Lean and all medications out of the reach of children.
